Patrick trained and worked initially as a civil engineer with BP. He eventually moved into commercial roles with BP before settling upon leadership roles in investment banking and finance in international project finance across South East Asia and the Middle East with ANZ Banking Group as his career focus.

Subsequently he became a CFO, working for two small start-up natural resource companies in the U.K. and as an Interim CFO for two companies internationally.

He is skilled at raising equity and loan capital, financial modelling and analysis, installing financial systems and building finance teams, financial processes and procedures. He contributes actively to strategic and commercial decision-making.

Zafar has researched and worked extensively in digital architecture, cloud computing and artificial intelligence / machine learning across a diverse range of industries and applications, including energy, air quality, finance (including crypto-exchanges, blockchain and social networks).

His experience extends across digital design, development and commercialsiation.  

He has worked in consultancy with firms such as   Enzen Global Limited, Mosaic Research Ltd., GfK and Telefonica and undertaken scholarly posts at the University of Hong Kong and with SLAC National Accelerator.

David is a versatile medical professional with extensive clinical experience in the NHS. He trained across Nottingham and Lincoln hospital systems and was lately employed as a senior house officer in vascular surgery at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. In that role he  oversaw 14 Junior Doctors, guiding their professional growth while managing complex medical cases, facilitating surgeries, and effectively communicating with patients and multidisciplinary teams. This demanded dynamic problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and proactive leadership in delivering world-class patient-centred care.

His role involves oversight of health impacts and economics, regulatory compliance, care pathway and care episode definition and coding for development of the Match+ platform’s operational implementation and roll-out to customers.
